Birth Plan Creation! In the next Prepare for Birth and Beyond session, March 9, you will learn how to create a written plan and another in graphics that can be posted and easily seen from afar. Having this tool is key in making sure your wishes are carried out. If the staff doesn’t know, they will do what is considered standard, which may or may not be what you intended. NEW DAY & TIME! We have the gorgeous ball, resistance band, hand weights, physioball, yoga mat, yoga blocks, and coffee and tea. All you need to remember is the baby!

Whether you are using this time to bond with baby, relieve the stress of sleepless nights, or as a stepping stone to get back to your running or lifting routine, Mama + Baby Yoga is time well spent. We work on slowly and mindfully rebuilding, reigniting, and re-coordinating all the things!
