Just looking at these pics, there doesnt seem like much difference.... but, what a HUGE difference has been made in 5 years. The top pic was the first "unsanctioned" girls state. The bottom pic is 1 of 4 sanctioned regional girls tournaments in Kentucky yesterday. These were the first fully sanctioned KHSAA girls regionals to take place. Our first girls state we had 113 girls compete, yesterday there was 338 young ladies competing in regions for their shot at state! Huge thank you to all the coaches, parents, and wrestlers that has made this opportunity come true for all these amazing young ladies.
