It's a beautiful Spring day for patio dining. Chef Cooper has revised the Jean Farris menu for Spring featuring a new take on Nashville Hot Chicken with Pimento Cheese Mac. Duck has returned with a cornbread stuffing dressed with the buttermilk veloute sauce and the Lamb entree had a makeover now with a wild mushroom farro. Barrel Tasting for McConnell Springs
This Saturday from 11:00am to 5:00pm 14 Kentucky Wineries will host the 17th annual fundraiser to benefit McConnell Springs Park. Choose your own starting point at any participating winery where for a $20pp donation at your first winery you can travel in your own car to all participating wineries for a barrel sampling. For your donation Jean Farris will be offering a wine tasting flight of 4 barrel aged wines and the opportunity to thief your sample.
Start or end your day of wine tasting with Lunch or Dinner at Jean Farris. Chef Cooper has several new dishes on his Spring Menu including a new take on Pork Belly, as well as a Pimento Mac-N-Cheese Fried Chicken dish, inspired by his Morehead, Kentucky roots.
