Looking back through our projects from this year and I felt like this STUNNER of a kitchen didn’t get the recognition it deserved. This space underwent such a dramatic transformation that it deserves a post all of its own. 💫💫💫

This final product is almost as sweet as the clients it belongs to. They were a true joy to work with and we were honored they chose us to transform their home. 💕 🥂

🏠✨ From the gorgeous pool house to the beautiful flagstone patio, every detail was carefully crafted to create an inviting retreat. The outdoor fireplace adds the perfect touch for cozy evenings, while the outdoor shower makes pool days even more refreshing.

This space is all about relaxation and enjoying the great outdoors! 🌿☀️

Is it too mild to simply call this a “rainy day” when it’s from an actual hurricane?? Anyways, I always feel inspired to share some fresh pictures when the weather is gloomy so here ya go! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

This project—> We took two bedrooms and a bathroom then removed and added doors and hallways to reconfigure this space to be the ULTIMATE primary suite. Now this space has a sleeping room, a sitting room (with this “new” amazing, vintage gas fireplace), huge walk-in closet, and (not pictured) en-suite bathroom. 💫💫

Just realized we never showed these DRAMATIC before and after pictures of this home that we designed and remodeled. 🔥🔥🔥

The home could have been a total tear down, but we saved it. We replaced every single exterior wall, and everything from the roof to (parts of) the foundation and everything in between.

This one was extra special because the “clients” for this project was ourselves. 🙌🏽 We had a blast turning this dilapidated home into a gorgeous and cozy Airbnb and have absolutely loved jumping into the world of hosting and managing a vacation home. 🏡

Ok, so it’s not actually a spa day, but that’s certainly what this master bathroom here in our Badin Lake custom build feels like. 💫

These clients moved in a few months ago, we just forgot to ever share these gorgeous pictures of this stunning space!

We are confident they are still LOVING their new home on the lake! 🏠 🌊 ☀️

No better way to welcome this pretty spring weather than with a BRAND NEW screened porch and stamped concrete patio! ☀️

This addition completely elevates our client’s outdoor living space and gives them much more room to spread out + a place to be protected from the elements and those pesky bugs.

We hope they enjoy this new space it for many, many years. 🥂 🫶🏼

We are delighted to share these interior shots of the stunning new construction home we recently completed on Badin Lake. This magnificent home spans 4,800 square feet of breathtaking living space, providing a luxurious retreat for its owners. 🏠

Throughout the project, we had the pleasure of working with truly fantastic clients who made the process a joy from start to finish. Their vision, cooperation, and enthusiasm for the project fueled our team throughout the construction, resulting in a truly exceptional end product. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was an absolute honor for us to bring our clients’ dream home to life on the peaceful shores of Badin Lake. 🌅 We’re confident that the beauty and craftsmanship of this home will provide them with years of happiness and comfort.

Believe it or not, this space used to be a garage. 😮

We opened up the exterior wall in between the kitchen and former garage, raised the floor height to make a smooth transition and turned this huge space into a super functional walk-in pantry ☕️ and laundry room 🧺.

Now our clients have an abundance of storage in a super convenient location AND it’s gorgeous. It’s a win all the way around! 🤩🤩🤩
