perfecting session now complete on this beautiful combo brow. Hairstrokes healed great originally went very light an chose dirty blonde from Permablend which was beautiful on this pale blonde beauty but we decided to darken them up a smidge with golden blonde from Evenflo pigments. My absolute go to pigment line. They never let me down no matter which color I mix. Love them. This was a perfect choice for her.🥰 ❤️❤️❤️

This lovely lady had previous eyeliner done elsewhere that just was not saturated enough in most areas but was in others. She wanted them bolder. When another artists client comes to you, most times removal is needed and the work is too heavily saturated to correct anything whether it’s eyeliner, brows, or lips. You can only work with what you’re given. In this case luckily the work was fixable within reason and without having to undergo painful, time consuming removal sessions. The client was happy with her wings, even though a little lower than I would have liked, but we made due and worked with what the canvas previously had. She was very happy with the outcome.

This beauty came in for her yearly retouch appointment after almost exactly 3 years since her initial session. Her brow color was still beautiful (no grey tones) and needed only minimal work. Her retention was phenomenal 🙌🏻 just needed a little color boost to freshen them up. If only all my clients returned like this. A perfect example of having an ideal skin type, smaller pores, minimal oil production, following long term aftercare and overall protecting your investment. Of course other factors also play a vital role in the longevity of your brows like overall health, medications you are on, lifestyle, skin care regimen and the tools we as artists select to use for each client based on their personal skin type & skin undertones. It’s so important we choose the correct needle size/diameter and correct pigment ie. Organic/ mineral based on each individuals pmu goals and what they want to achieve. There is no “one size fits all” brow that we just stencil on your face. This is in fact tattooing , and will be on your face for a very long time so it’s important to choose your artist wisely and find one that is going to educate you so you have a full understanding of what you’re about to endure and the process it takes to achieve your desired results. This was first round of dark lip neutralization for my lovely client. She still has some dark areas that need to be neutralized on the top lip and then she wants to go in with her target color. Her lips healed beautifully after her first session. Cannot wait to see the finished results! Lips need time to heal between sessions and for the color to fully develop. It will go through a ghosting phase after the immediate healing and not look like the true healed results. I like to give my clients 8-10 weeks between sessions to see full results before they come back in. Bottom left is before, right- immediately after, top - healed.

This beauty wanted to correct some asymmetry issues that bothered her with her brows. Her left brow was significantly higher than her right and her brow muscle was much stronger on that side of the face pulling that brow considerably higher when she smiled. When trying to correct these issues we aren’t trying to achieve perfect symmetry but a nice balance instead. Pmu is better to go with the less is more approach and gradually work up to your brow goals within 2 sometimes 3 sessions in order to obtain the natural results you desire. Brow Code Lamination & Stain in taupe. This is a great way if you’re thinking about getting powder brows and aren’t quite sure what they will look like on you. Stain will last about 10 days on the skin and 6-8 wks on the hair. This is also great if you have a special event and want a more defined brow. These will be dark first day and start to lighten gradually each day. Water will start the process so you want to make sure you don’t wet these for at least 24hrs.

Your aftercare is vital to the longevity of your pmu. You need to protect your investment so you can enjoy it for many years. You always want to maintain the beauty of your pmu by getting your annual color boost. For some this could mean 12 months or 2 -3 years. This all depends on your skin type, lifestyle, skincare, medications you take, health etc. Always let your brows fade to 50% before coming back in for your touch up. Your skin can only hold so much pigment and will not accept more pigment if they are not ready for a touch up. By doing so this will make sure your brows do not become over saturated with pigment and need removal or lightening down the road. Permanent makeup is not a replacement of your regular makeup. It is used to enhance your makeup while keeping your routine fast and simple. 💋
