It is a glorious morning here at Masterson Station Park! We can’t believe how lucky we are to have so many fabulous people helping us today. Lots of moving parts…. A few small gremlins …… some amazing people. Everyone have a great ride!!!

ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE
Iron Works Parkway will be shut down from the KHP Campground entrance to Newtown Pike on Saturday, April 13th, for the Horse Capital Marathon.
The closure is expected to last from 7:00am – 7:45am. Please plan accordingly and use the I-75 exit to Iron Works rather than come up Newtown Pike.

2024 Spring Bay HT We are looking for volunteers from April 1st, 2024 to April 14th, 2024 near Lexington, KY.

Just want to let you all know that the cross country course maps have been uploaded to www.crosscountryapp.com/events/spring-bay.
While we think they are all accurate at this time, please be sure to check at the start box for any corrections or adaptations that might happen. A huge shout out to the Cross Country App team - they are helpful and have developed a super program!

Sunday, April 14: Masterson Station Park

Reminder!! Masterson XC courses are closed until after Spring Bay HT. Please do not jump / school competition fences, these are for the event not for schooling purposes. The field beind the hunter rings are fair game, just not the portable ones.

We will be working on fences and the footing all the way up to the start of the event, so please say hi to our teams that are putting in hours of work to make this happen!

Wow, over 300 entries! We can’t thank our area enough for the love and support of Spring Bay HT. Extended forecast looks like temps in the 50’s (we paid our good weather deposit well in advance) and the flowers are already starting to bloom. The photos should be beautiful.

Please make sure you are checking your entry status. Make sure all of your information is in the system: TIP, stable with, level is correct. What you see is what we see on the back end.

We can take a few (I mean a VERY few) late entries, there is a late fee but we can squeeze in a few more. If you would still like to join us, please email [email protected] with your information.

We are so excited about our Season Opener that opens on Tuesday 2.27!! We listened to our friends asking for the 1/2 levels are are happy to say we added a P/M and a T/N to the line up.
When we say we have a division for every eventer; we weren’t messing around.

We would like to extend our best wishes to our concessionaire, Judy Gurnee who was unable to come to Masterson today. She just tested positive for Covid this morning so by USEF regulations, she cannot be on the venue. We sincerely hope she feels better soon!
