I love what I do!

When you walk into the clinic, you may notice the wonderful smell. This is it! This essential oil blend called Sedate Fire is my go-to in the clinic to help give my patients an instant uplift. This combination of citrus and floral is made to ease racing mind and overstimulation.

You can use this oil in a diffuser or dilute it with lotion or a carrier oil and use on the body (my personal favorite spots are temples, behind the ear, or wrists).

I'm honored to help people be able to enjoy the things in life that matter.

Sea turtle gets acupuncture treatment at National Aquarium A sea turtle that arrived at the National Aquarium unable to fully open its mouth to feed itself is on the mend after receiving acupuncture, among other innovative treatments, from the Aquarium’s Animal Health and Rescue teams.

We’re doing a charity event for first responders today so if you know anyone who has been affected, we are at Bright Bowls in Highland Park until 1pm.

We know our community is hurting right now, and we want to give back in the best way we know how. If you or someone you know is having a hard time, please come. ❤️

Yes, you read that right. New Year, New You is just not a thing this year. Now don’t get me wrong, I love an arbitrary reason to reflect on where I am excelling and falling short. I love taking time to organize my hopes and goals for the next chapter. I love lists, 5-year plans, you name it. And I’m certainly going to use today to ruminate on all the above.

BUT, it’s not new year, new me. I will bring all my faults with me in 2022. As I do every year. And I hate to tell you, but you will too. I believe all we can do is add awareness to the things that we want to shift, and help to create an environment of growth around us. So my wish for us all is not a “new you”. My wish is that 2022 brings us all the ability to modify the things we want to adjust, strengthen the things we love, and accept and love ourselves for where we are at right now.
