I’m shocked how many people have taken an interest in their nutrition thus far.

That’s awesome!

Remember, this isn’t about bodybuilding. It’s about a healthy lifestyle change via better nutrition.

These changes by themselves are going to help you drop some lbs.

Most people’s last meal is 2-3 hours before bed. Add 8-9 hours of sleep (a huge part of your health plan). That’s an 11-12 hour fast.

In my world, that’s enough.

So it’s important to start your metabolism when you awake.
I know people say, “ I can’t eat in the morning.”

Try to start slow.

Have a shake, one scoop of isolated whey, and some berries, and throw some oats in. (Water base)

After three weeks, your body will adjust, then it will want that nutrition upon awakening.

You’ve got to start that fire and continue to put kindling on it all day.
That fire (metabolism) has to burn hot, don’t put kindling on it.
It goes out, and that’s when food is stored as fat.

So today, let’s break that fast in the first hour.

Tomorrow, better food choices.

For those of you interested in your health, I’m going to share my health journey with you.

I got my blood work back on October 20th and wasn’t pleased with the results.

I’m on zero prescriptions, nor do I want any.

So, it fired me up to change a lot of these .

So first things first.

Tracking my food, hydration and separating myself from triggers.

Absolutely no eating out!

So for those interested in how I’m down 26.2lbs since then.

Mother and daughter duo hit Leg Day, focusing on the quad muscles. To isolate this muscle, they are demonstrating a combo of Smith Machine Reverse Lunges and Squats.

Lower Body Day day the way!

Today we focus on the lower body.

To target the glutes, our member is using the Kickback machine.

The primary muscle that the Glute Kickback Machine engages is the .
