GO ANIMAL GO * At The Rockstar Music Academy we have an amazing young drummer named OWEN (He goes by the nickname ANIMAL). This kid is not only a regular drum student, but also performs in our Making The Band program where students take the stage and rock with their peers.

He is not only an amazing drummer with a real commitment to his craft, but he is also a knowledgeable musician, music aficionado and an all around great guy.

He was at a recent concert with family and had the chance to jump on stage and rock. His Rockstar confidence & training kicked in and he rocked the house!

The fans went wild and here is what his mom had to say:

I had to share with you guys because you’ve been instrumental to our little rockstar, but he got to play on stage last night with the Faux Fighters. If he wasn’t already addicted to drumming, he is now. 😂

Yesterday, we introduced you to the first four incredible bands from our Making the Band program. Its an amazing 10 week program that allows students of all ages to form bands & hit the stage! They choose their names, select their songs, shoot the pics, rehearse and ROCK like only TRUE ROCKSTARS CAN!

Today, we're thrilled to showcase two more standout groups!

🔥 First up, the returning rockstars: 51 LENTILS! This talented band covers everything from Nirvana to Guns N’ Roses. Great riffs, big time vocals and a rhythm section that locks it down! Check out their epic rendition of the Beatles' Abbey Road pic!

🎤 Next, meet the all-new band, SUGAR! These young musicians, aged 11 to 16, are set to rock iconic hits from Pat Benatar, Alanis Morissette, and No Doubt. The talent level is off the charts so expect an unforgettable performance!

🔥 THE LIMIT - A tight-knit group of buddies who jumped in as a full band to level up their game. With a set list featuring Queen, Weezer, and The White Stripes, their vibe is nothing short of electrifying!

🎤 TEA TIME - Led by the powerhouse vocals of Tea Hanks, this adult band will take you on a nostalgic journey from Fortunate Son to Crocodile Rock! They’re gearing up to bring the house down!

🎉 THE UNDECIDED - There is no doubt when it comes to rocking. These kids are epic rockers bringing their own style to jams from PARAMORE to THE POLICE! Get ready to leave your seat and move your feet!
