What’s on it?
Guajillo cream sauce, roasted Spanish onion, mozzarella and provolone shredded cheeses, fresh roasted Nebraska sweet corn, grated queso Cotija, lime mayo, cilantro, ancho chili seasoning, and a fresh lime wedge.

We have an amazing repair team that has found what needs to be repaired on our pizza oven.

The sad news is we will not get the parts needed to repair it until Tuesday morning.

We hope to reopen Tuesday for dinner.

🔦Time for a little 'Spotlight' on MoMo's very own, Anthony & Adam🔦

Anthony Bonelli, our Chief Pizza Officer, spent part of his summer with a group of customers in Italy. They visited Napoli - the birthplace of pizza! - Positano, Isle of Capri, and some other gastronomic paradises along the way. The pictures speak for themselves, but it's safe to say we have our very own slice of heaven right here in Lincoln.

And it wouldn't be a trip without a little wine! MoMo Pizzeria's Manager of Wine & Specialty Cocktails, Adam, visited the Cascina Adelaide winery in Barolo - Northwestern Piedmont region, Italy - with his family this summer as well. The next time you go to order your favorite bottle of 'DOC' Nebbiolo, you can thank Adam for bringing the best of the world right here to your hometown.
