To honor all the mothers of our staff and the staff that are mothers themselves, we will be opening at 5 pm on Mother's Day. Stop by after your afternoon festivities for a drink or dinner or just sit outside on the patio and enjoy the evening.

The Gobbler Pizza is back for a limited time! Our former owner, Jeff Dodge, created this pizza years ago and in honor of his legacy we are bringing it back this year. The Gobbler is a full Thanksgiving dinner on a pizza. A layer of mashed potatoes, corn and turkey covered with gravy then smothered with our three cheese blend. Available only in a large pizza- please no substitutions or modifications.

THANKSGIVING DAY HOURS: The kitchen will be closed. The bar will be open 5 PM-2 AM. Happy Holidays!

Today we will be shutting down our one working oven from 3-4:30 to allow it to cool down so we can try and make it through dinner. We will be offering dine in and delivery, but may experience longer wait times with only one oven. Please be patient and kind to staff- we will work our hardest to accommodate all the orders. Our one working oven is truly making the sacrifice tonight. It is no longer working properly and we will stop taking food orders tonight (Friday, June 23) at 10 PM. We will add phone in to go orders if we aren't too busy and can accommodate them. We are down to only one oven currently and as long as it stays functioning properly, we will keep slinging pizzas. Please be kind and patient with staff as we work as quickly as we can, and we apologize in advance for extended wait times because they’re unfortunately inevitable in this situation. A celebration of life for our beloved owner will be held Monday, May 15 from 5-10 PM at Rosie’s Sports Bar and Grill SOUTH LOCATION (not Downtown location), 1501 Center Park Road, Lincoln, NE 68512. There will be food provided. Please come and go as you are able. Ramos Pizza will be closed from 5-9 PM for this event but the bar only (no kitchen) will open back up from 9-2 AM.

As some have heard, Ramos Pizza and Buster's BBQ owner, Jeff Dodge, passed away Saturday due to natural causes. In true Dodge fashion, we are continuing business as usual, because he wouldn't want it any other way. Please be patient with us as we work through our loss, and we ask that everyone be respectful and courteous to all of Jeff's friends and family and allow them time to grieve.
Jeff, we will miss you, and although your Ramos family is sad and full of tears right now, we will make sure you're proud of the legacy you left behind as you watch over us.
