Lunch: BBQ Chicken Apple Wrap — Hickory-grilled BBQ chicken with smoked gouda cheese, fresh apple slices, red onion, shredded lettuce, bacon, and jalapenos, wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla.

Dinner: Horseradish Encrusted Salmon — Hickory-grilled salmon with a crispy panko crust and a creamy horseradish sauce.

Berry Walnut Salad- Crisp greens with strawberries, blueberries, mandarin oranges, red onions, Gorgonzola cheese and candied walnuts tossed in raspberry vinaigrette.

Chicken Marsala- Marinated chicken breast, dredged in a seasoned flour and pan-seared with a mushroom marsala cream sauce.

Lunch: Braised Beet Salad— Braised beets on a bed of spring greens, with Granny Smith apples and sunflower seeds tossed in a red wine vinaigrette. Garnished with crispy shallots and ribbons of orange goat cheese sauce. Available with chicken.

Dinner: Shrimp New Orleans — Cajun-seasoned shrimp, grilled over a live hickory fire, served with a spicy New Orleans sauce of Tasso ham and peppers, served over a Louisiana andouille rice.
