Happy Father’s Day, dad! Whenever we think back to where our family came from, we are always amazed by your tremendous strength to overcome every challenge that stood in your way.

You transformed a dingy little noodle cart into a successful business, then lost it all when Cambodia fell into war. Most people’s stories would have ended there, but you pressed forward and rebuilt. So many decades later, most of our siblings have gone on to start businesses of their own. Social media captions are too small to truly express how much you mean to us, thank you so much for everything and we love you! ❤️
