Hiring a reliable, responsible and hardworking full time kitchen porter/assistant.
Hours are Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm and some weekends. Salary based on experience.
This role is made up of varying responsibilities including: Basic food preparation. Picking, cutting, slicing fruits, vegetables, proteins, etc. Washing pots/pans manually. Washing and storing plates, silverware, glassware using an industrial dishwasher. Cleaning and clearing all kitchen areas including sweeping and mopping, occasional deep cleaning of fridges/freezers and store rooms, taking out the garbage out.
Assist chef as needed.
