The Ductwork had to be installed before these were lowered into place due to tight spaces between steel work. Completed and running for Monday morning.

Replacing decades old heating coils
In the fresh air units of a water treatment facility. The 14’ x 12’ coil is a Stainless steel frame with an epoxy coating for a long life time in a corrosive environment. We will be rebuilding the whole section of the unit and the filter racks. A Work in progress…

A new packaged rooftop unit system and the relocation of a gas fired unit heater for a local customer who has a sports therapy tenant. New flue piping and roof curb.

We always take pride in having a cleaner than before we came jobsite.

The beginning stages of a new welding shop exhaust system. Each welding station will have its own articulating exhaust arm that reaches a 10’6” radius for the base.

A new stainless steel exhaust system for a 3D printer that prints working parts of the circulatory system for medical students to learn with.

Dust collector modifications to add more grinding stations at a local medical tool manufacturers shop. Clamp together ductwork to make a seamless interior for smooth dust collection.

Ductwork replacement required for a roof replacement. We removed the old ductwork Monday. A new roof was installed Tuesday. Finally the New Ductwork was installed Wednesday .

A recent Compressor exhaust and intake air system in a modular unit. Our customer is building an air compressor plant inside a shipping container. Motorized dampers and heating bypass for the winter months.

New double wall stainless steel Corr Guard flue piping on a high effiecency boiler. New shop fabricated stainless steel roof curb.

A recent replacment system. The old 50 year old split system was past its life. This was converted to a new rooftop packaged system. The roof work was completed first and then we removed and installed the interior work in 2 days to get them back online quickly. The existing refrigeration reclaim coil was kept inline.

Getting started on a new food store mechanical replacement and redesign.
We are converting an old build up unit inside to a packaged rooftop system. We will install all of the roof work first and get it through the roof into the mechanical room and then demo the mechanical room and tie in as quickly as possible. We are using an existing reclaim coil inside for added heat in addition to the gas fired unit on the roof.

Multiple 15 and 20 ton unit tie ins at a large department store. Our customer is replacing 4 to 5 units at a time until the whole stores mechanical overhaul is completed. To be continued…

FINISH WORK.
Our solution to mounting linear diffuser plenums in betwen decorative fabric panels that have not been laid out and on a long lead time. We fabricated brackets to fit over and slide on unistrut. If the plenum does not line up with the fabric panels the carpenters only need to slide them a couple of inches to or fro. These linear diffusers will be hidden for the most part once the panels are installed.

The tie in of a large rooftop unit. Tightly sealed ductwork and exterior insulation repair and reaeal. This was a cusotm made unit our customer had built to replace the old unit. Fit like a glove.

Linear diffuser installation on a recent office build out project. These are 10’ and 20’ long in a couple of future conference rooms which will have fabric ceilings in between soffits. These border all of the soffits.

We are finally wrapping up some of our larger projects. In the new post COVID environment these projects are taking much longer from start to finish.

Finish work on 32,000 square foot build out for a large Insurance comapnies new Long Island offices.

It’s nice to see the jobs when they are done. If you need cooking classes they’re just opening.

A wet and snowy demo day at the local hospital. We’re getting ready for the fire proofing of the new office spaces next week. Then it’s ready for some fresh ductwork.

New electric/ pneumatic controlled blast-gate dampers installed in a dust collection system for a global cosmetics fixture manufacturer. These dampers will allow the machines that are used more often during to have more suction power when the smaller machines are not in use.
