I just got noticed that I have to go to Philadelphia for an Oral Argument before the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals on a constitutional issue on one of my cases in the first week of April. I think I'm going to win and I'll make certain that I am prepared. If anybody cares, lol, it's one level below the Supreme Court. Scary stuff. Wish me luck.

We just settled another case! Success feels good

One of my cases is being heard in the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals, the 2nd highest court in the country. Wish me luck, I'm going to need it.
