I’ve always valued transparency with my clients, and though this is difficult to share, I believe honesty is important.

I lost a pregnancy. Again. This has been an exhausting emotional, physical, and mental experience. I’m working closely with my medical team to address my health, which includes taking supplements,making time to eat during work days, and hormone treatments.

I plan to return to work this week with a significantly modified schedule. Appointments will be limited to 30-45 minutes, and if I start to feel unwell, I will end the session early without charging you for unused time. I’ll take it one step at a time and will make further adjustments if necessary.

I may not look or act like my usual self, and I apologize if I seem off or less cheerful. I am doing my best and appreciate your understanding and patience as I navigate this challenging time.

If you’ve been waiting for a response from me since last week and don’t have a future appointment, I haven’t forgotten you and will get back to you soon. If you have an appointment scheduled for this week and prefer not to continue with the shortened session, please send me a direct message.
