Cancellation Policy Reminder

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 12 hour notice.

Our Policy:

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than [12 hours] will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to [$35 the first offense/$75 for 2nd and thereafter offense. whichever is more. If you are more than 15 min late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.

With the vast amount of cancellations lately I’m forced to enforce my cancellation policy. Anything less than 12 hour notice for ANY REASON will be charged for full price of your service scheduled. I hate to do this, but at the same time I rely on my schedule to feed my family. Please understand!!! If you don’t come it not only takes away from me financially, but also people that are in pain and I turned them away because I had you on the schedule.
