I'm am preaching to myself this week!!

I have been so worried about my PCOS symptoms that I forgot that worrying and stress makes it worse. I forgot to focus on what I can control like my stress levels, portion control when I eat and ensuring I eat a balanced meal. There is s no need to worry when you are doing all that you can do.

It's the lack of faith that keeps us from meeting our goals and facing challenges.

Sometimes we allow fear (lack of faith) to hinder our ability to accomplish things we were put here to do. I am guilty of this myself so I wear apparel and accessories as a reminder. I had a friend tell me that when fear tries to stop me from making moves, I should "Do It Fear". And I do just that. I take the first step and have faith that it will all work out.

For some reason, people seem to always give their opinions on what you should do with your body, your life, your child, your business, your everything.

For a long time, I allowed the opinions of others to become my reality. I believed people when they told me I needed to lose weight. So I tried like hell to do it. I believed people when they told me that I should wear my hair straight or that I shouldn't cut my hair or dye my hair. So I didn't cut my hair and wore it straight. 😔

Now, I do what makes ME happy. I don't allow other people's opinions to dictate how I will live my life and you shouldn't either. Love your body, it's the only one you have no matter what size it is. Wear your hair the way you want to. Wear the crop top if you want to. DO WHATEVER MAKES YOU HAPPY!!! 🙌🏽🥰
