About 6 years ago I made the decision to go cold turkey and stop eating red meat!

For years me and my husband didn’t know what we were doing😅 we thought it would be easy to just stop and yea we’re good! No that’s not how it works! We were working backwards!

We did stop eating meat but it was ALL the other stuff we had to unlearn. Cereals, certain veggie patties, soy, certain oils, BHT, red 40, and the list goes on!!

You can be an unhealthy vegan! Knowing what I know now, I wouldn’t recommend going cold turkey! With every exit plan, there has to be a PLAN!

I had a chance to meet a beautiful young lady tonight, amongst a lot of other humbled souls!

She’s been juicing for 10 YEARS!!

Do you see her skin!! And of course I got her age wrong! She looks so young!

I can’t convince you to try something new.. the results will!

It’s truly a grateful experience to meet people of all walks of life!

Juicing has been around for YEARS! I plan to make sure our generation stays around like this lady I meet tonight!
