The rot is fixed and prepped for stone! (Kickout flashing installed)

I really do appreciate the work, but c'mon. A simple piece of kickout flashing solves this issue. They're easy to put in the first time around, not so much later.

After installing Weep Screed, Rain Screen, Proper Flashing, EZ Bead & Caulk this gable is sealed up!

Previous client initially was just going to paint this chimney when I did the front of their home last year. Well, he called me to put stone on it!

It's all prepped and weathered in. Now just waiting on stone.

Coming along. Rot is fixed and it's ready for scratch coat.

Got started here this week in Lititz. This rot is a bit much for me so we're waiting to have that taken care of Friday before I can continue.

This has been leaking since day one when it was build in 1998. The lack of care blows my mind. Literally no flashing around the window. The dryvit band was screwed right over the osb and nailing fl**ge of the window.

We're going to get it squared away though!

This homeowner had intentions of doing this wall himself. He got all the cement board up (super solid I might add!) But didn't feel comfortable installing the stone. I'm excited to share finished pictures. The stone is really cool! This is all you get for now. 😁😁

This special order flagstone kick plate finally came in, so I was able to install it and wrap this one up!

The last few weeks my main focus has been building my deck. (Long story short, insurance!)

Any way, it came out just as I had envisioned it, and couldn't be happier.

I was out of my comfort zone on this one. I've never built a deck, but knew I could. I'm dialed in on the stone game as far as materials, time, unforseen problems and efficiencies go. This world, not so much. The challenge was fun, the trips to the hardware stores, not so much.

To keep this short and fun, I thought I'd play a game.

How many trips to different stores did I take to complete this deck? (Only thing delivered was the deck surface)

This customer had a window leak. Here is a clever way to remove stone for access so I can flash the window properly.
