ATCAM ANNOUNCES NEW PRESIDENT

ATCAM’s board of directors is pleased to announce that after 30+ years as founder and President, Peter Andres has passed the torch on to Nate Andres effective October 2, 2023.
Nate has been an employee since his teens and has grown with the company starting out as a general laborer, Thermal Coating Technician and CNC Machinist before being promoted to General Manager in 2011. In December of 2019, Nate earned a seat on the Board of Directors as well as being promoted to Vice-President of Machining Operations. Nate’s dedication to the company, willingness to learn, and vision for the future made him the perfect candidate for the position.

We want to thank our team of dedicated employees and our beloved customers and suppliers for the success ATCAM has matured into. Please congratulate Nate on his new role as President. We are excited to see him take ATCAM to the next level by continuing to improve our current processes and becoming more efficient with modernized CNC Machining equipment as well as bringing in new processes for the Thermal Spray division to further diversify our customer base. It is well known that ATCAM takes great care of its employees as well as their loyal customers which Nate will continue to make a top priority! Peter will remain with the company as CFO while being able to enjoy more time in the Florida sun!

**THERMAL COATING TECHNICIAN**

ATCAM, LLC manufactures a wide range of new parts and components in a job shop environment using common manual and CNC machine shop equipment. Also provides part repair or replacement services as needed to support a wide variety of industrial equipment. This is a first shift Monday through Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm position. ATCAM offers the following benefits: health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, 401K with company match and company paid uniforms. Metal working or machining background are a plus but NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

Role Overview:
Manufactures a wide range of new parts and components in a job shop environment using common manual and CNC machine shop equipment. Also provides part repair or replacement services as needed to support a wide variety of industrial equipment. This is a first shift position Monday through Friday 6am till 2:30pm. This position has the potential starting wage of up to $32/hour, 100% paid company health insurance, vacation plan, Simple IRA with company match and uniforms.

What You Get to Do:
• Safety is the top priority. Is responsible for the safety of self and all others. Maintains a clean and organized environment.
• Is responsible for the safe proper use and care of shop tools and equipment including manual and CNC lathes, mills and other equipment.
• Operation of cutting equipment such as band saws, table saws, etc.
• Performs set-ups for all types of jobs. Responsible for the design and manufacturing of jigs or fixtures when required.
• Perform basic machining operations using grinders, drill presses, broaching, etc.
• Reads and interprets drawings and is able to use basic shop inspection tools and equipment to ensure parts meet defined tolerance and quality expectations.
• Performs routine basic maintenance on shop equipment as required.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA and other regulatory agency standards, as well as safety policies established by ATCAM, LLC.
• Operation of forklifts, basic rigging and use of overhead cranes as well as other typical shop material handling equipment.

WHAT WE VALUE:
• Ability to safely operate a forklift
• Basic safe rigging techniques using straps, slings, and other related hardware
• Basic computer skills
• Good mechanical aptitude and basic blueprint reading
• Familiar with the use of typical machine shop equipment, tooling and techniques
