So sorry for the lack of post but we have been moving! Now that the packing and moving things to the new place is complete, the unpacking now begins. 😫. Hope to be done with everything soon.

Happy Monday! I know it's been a while since my last post, so let me share what I just finished.

Made for a customer and they picked the colors. This is a 24x24 canvas. Love how it turned out.

It's hard to believe that 20 years ago I was just a little 13 year old. 20 years ago I remember school that day wasn't about school work. 20 years ago I remember seeing things on a TV that scared me and hurt me to the core. 20 years ago is a day I will never forget. I will not forget those who lost their lives in trying to protect our nation, who never knew it was the last time to see their family, and the brave men and women who went into harms way to save all they could. It's been 20 years since 9/11 shook our nation, and to think about it and remember it still shakes me. To all of those who lost family and to all of the heroes, my heart and prayers are with you. 9/11 will never just be a day for me but a day of remembrance of the pain and the unity of our nation.
