🌡 As the temperatures rise, keeping your air condition unit in top shape is crucial. Keep cool this season with some A/C maintenance tips! >>> Ensure your home stays comfortable and your A/C runs efficiently by following these simple tips:

- ✅ Check and replace your air filters regularly….but no worries here….your friendly Riverhouse team will do this for you.

- 🧹 Keep the A/C area clear and free from debris.

- 🚫 Avoid setting your thermostat at a colder setting than necessary.

- 🔃 Use fans to circulate air more evenly throughout your home, reducing the burden on your A/C unit.

🧊 Stay cool and save on energy this summer by giving your A/C the care it deserves.

☀️ Hey Riverhouse family! Let’s kick off the first day of summer right with this month’s hot reminders:

🎙 The pool is now re-opened! Please remember to follow posted rules and always supervise little ones. As temps soar, so do trash smells. Please remember to keep trash in a tied, sealed bag and placed in the trash room chutes located in the north end of each floor level. NO trash or any other items should ever be placed outside of your entry door, however door mats are permitted.

Ooooops…we almost forgot. Happy Root Beer Day everyone! Today at Riverhouse we’re celebrated with a twist:✨ A Root Beer Float Cake. >>> Here’s a quick guide:

1. ⏲ Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease an 8x8 dish.

2. 🧈 Cream 1 cup sugar with 1/2 cup butter, then mix in 2 eggs and 2/3 cup root beer.

3. 👩‍🍳 Combine 2 cups flour, 1 tbsp baking powder, and 1 tsp salt, fold into the mixture, and bake for 32-35 minutes.

4. 🤍 For the frosting, mix ¼ cup butter, 2 cups powdered sugar, 2 tbsp root beer, and 3 tbsp milk until smooth.

🍽 Slice, serve, and enjoy!

And if you’re short on time, don’t worry! A classic, refreshing root beer float will do the trick too. 😉 Either way, you’re in for a treat!

❓ What is your application fee and deposit?

☑️ Our application fee is $75 per adult applicant. Our administration fee is a one time fee $175.00 per household. Our security deposit is determined by the health of each adult members credit and previous rental history and can range between $0 up to two month’s rent.
