Chicken Spaghetti…with maximum effort! IFYKYK

Whenever anyone asks me what's my "specialty" or "favorite dish" to cook, my response is FOOD! I LOVE TO COOK and can cook just about anything. I love a challenge, and I love elevating simple dishes. If I don't know how to cook something, I research it and practice making it until it's close to perfection.

With every meal prepared, the menu is catered to the client. My goal is to deliver exactly what they want. If they want something elaborate, I'll create a menu for that. If they want down home cooking, I'll create a menu for that. No menu idea is too big or too small. I believe that I am more than capable of providing a variety of culinary experiences. I REALLY JUST LOVE TO COOK. And even bake. BUT above all, I just really enjoy feeding God's people. I believe that it's my calling, and I plan on walking in it as long as the Good Lord allows me to.

Well the time is quickly approaching. It's graduation day 🎓👨🏾‍🍳🎉 Hats off to all the graduates, we should all be proud of our accomplishment.

I am very HAPPY and EXCITED to officially announce that I will be graduating on May 11th from the Culinary Art's and Hospitality Management Institute at Pulaski Technical College.

I truly appreciate all the encouragement and support from family and friends over the years. I'm excited to be approaching the end of this journey, and I'm even more excited about where God will lead me as I prepare to enter this next chapter.

Thanks again to for choosing me (and 6 others) out of 3,000 other applicants also on their journey in the hospitality industry, to receive this scholarship that meant so much for my last semester of studies .
