What is cupping? Cupping is the universal way to taste coffee and do quality control. Our team cups every single batch of coffee that’s roasted (meaning we cup everyyy day). Cupping is how we make sure everything is consistent in the way that it tastes and how we want it to taste! ☕️🫶

Today we said goodbye to the best dad, grandpa, husband, brother, son, and friend: my dad. The one whose name I share. The one whose humor and entrepreneurial spirit I inherited. He was a friend to so many, and he touched so many people’s lives. He will sorely missed, but his love and life lessons will live with us forever. The Costa Rica San Diego is our newest coffee offering. This coffee is super unique, and has tasted delicious every way that we’ve brewed it! The tasting notes we’ve heard the most are applejacks, apple cider, apple pie and apple sauce. Apple, apple, apple, apple. Come try a pour over of it this week, and you might be leaving with a bag for home! 🫶🍎

We heard it’s going to be a hot one today! Cool off with one of our staples, the açaí bowl! Add peaches, blackberries, and blueberries if you want some extra seasonal fruit on top. 🌞🍑
