At FOB we are strong believers in there being an option for EVERYONE no matter where we are in our in our journey. Each of our props and each of our classes offer something for any level. Option 1 will provide maximum intensity and exertion. Option 2 will give slightly less intensity and exertion. Option 3 is the least amount of impact on your body.
Some days we may be at option 2... and others 3. There may be a workout where we’re all over the place. The most important thing is that we honor our bodies and where we are in the present moment.
