Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Salon Nirē! Your time is valuable and so is our team’s. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This ensures your stylist has time to fill any openings to avoid lost time and income.

Moving forward, we require a card on file to book an appointment. Failure to provide more than 48 hours notice will incur the following fees:

MORE THAN 48 HRS NOTICE = NO FEE

LESS THAN 48 HRS NOTICE = 50% OF SERVICE

DAY OF CANCELLATION = 75% OF SERVICE

NO CALL/NO SHOW = 100% OF SERVICE
