Nature's Elements Studio of Massage Therapy
A massage studio located in West Little Rock, AR. We specialize in Therapeutic massage and Bodywork
I have been going round and round with both Stripe (credit card processing) and my website provider. Long story short, I can't use my website domain anymore unless I pay a bunch more than I want to. Apparently, they split it up and now I pay one place for hosting, and the other for the domain. Not worth it. So, I am using the majsagebook link for now. The short version of the site is:
MassageBook Nature's Elements Studio of Massage Therapy massage services in Little Rock AR. Wellness through nature.
A note to clients:
As many of you are aware, I have a family member who is currently in home hospice care. I am her caregiver and her person. So, I am taking this time off to be with her and take care of her as best I can on this final leg of her journey here.
I am not sure exactly when I will return to full time practice. But I hope to be back before June 1. Meanwhile, if you need to schedule, please feel free to contact Margaret at 501-993-3720. She has agreed to see some of my clients. If she is unable to see you, contact me and I can refer you to some other good therapists.
Thank you for your understanding.
We are now officially closed for Christmas. Will reopen Tuesday morning bright and early. Gift certificates can still be purchased online. If you have questions or trouble I’m available by text or phone. Merry Christmas!
If you visit the website, you will see I am in the process of making some changes. I have not been happy with the company I have been using. They changed a lot of things (and not for the better for me). And so, I am in the process of moving the website to make it easier for you to navigate and use. (my links for Gift certificates and services had completely disappeared). So, if you go to www.natureselementsmassage.com, you will see a link to my new (maybe temporary) website, which is the one I use for booking. If have any questions, as always, please get in touch! Thanks!

Just a friendly head up... I will be out of the office every day this week (M-F) until 11:00 for Taylor's chemo. I am pretty booked up because of that, but have a spot or two left on Friday afternoon if anyone is interested. Also, if you have an appointment this week already and know you will need to cancel, let me know as soon as possible so I can try to fill it. Thanks!
Ok, Taylor and I are about to embark on the next leg of this new adventure. She has an appointment with a specialist at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis next Thursday. It happened fast, and I am scrambling to rework my schedule and get arrangements made. We will leave on Wednesday, stay the night at a hotel connected to the hospital, and her appointment is early Thursday morning. Then we will head home. So I will be OUT of the office Wednesday 11/1 and Thursday 11/2. Back to work on Friday 11/3. This also means her chemo got pushed down a week, at least it looks like it for now, so that will mean some schedule adjustments for the week of 11/6, but I will get to that later. I really appreciate all of my amazing clients and their flexibility as we navigate this. I will keep you posted.
I got a few new goodies in yesterday. With Fall and Winter on the way, these foot masks and self-heating eye masks will feel so good. Also o got some little supplement strips to try -once to calm, one to energize. We will see how they are.
Happy Friday! I’m gonna go ahead and post some availability I have for next week. If you’re interested, let me know!
Monday: 8:30(60 min) or 9:00(30 min);
Tuesday: 1:00(60-90 min), 2:30(60-90), 3:00(60);
Wednesday: full
Thursday: 9:30(30 min);
Friday: 10:00(60 min), 3:00(60-90min);
Saturday: 2:00(60-90 min)
Just a reminder... I will be out of the office every morning until 11:00 next week (except Saturday) to take Taylor to chemo. Also, I will be taking extra caution during these next 3 months. You are likely to see me in a mask so I don't pick up a cold, flu, Covid, or anything else. T will be very immune compromised and I don't want to take any bug home to her. I will also ask you, dear clients, to wear a mask or reschedule if you are having any kind of sniffles or suspect you might be contagious in any way. If you have a question or concern, please don't hesitate to get in touch. Thanks.
I have a little availability left this week if anyone is interested. Today 2:00(60-90 min) or 2:30 (60 min); tomorrow 1:00(60-90 min), 1:30 (60-90 min), 2:00(60 min); Saturday 10:00(60 min). Get in touch if you’re interested.
Hey everybody! Happy New Year! I know I don’t post often enough. I will make more effort this year. I hope everyone is starting 2023 off on a good foot.
I have some news…
First of all, I just renewed my lease for another 5 years! So I’m planning on being around and giving massage for a while longer. In December, I celebrated being a licensed massage therapist for 22 years, and still going strong. In June, I will celebrate 10 years in business on my own! Time certainly flies!
Next, I will be sending out an email in the morning, bit for those of you not on my email list, I am announcing a 10% price increase (first one in over 7 years) effective March 1. I’ll be working on a new menu and getting it up on the website in the coming weeks. Everything - including rent- has gone up and so it was time. But there are still ways to save a little, so get in touch with me for details. It’s a great time to stock up on gift certificates before prices go up!
I hope to see some of you in the coming year!
It’s Christmas week! Santa’s elves are here and ready to help de-stress you and make your last minute shopping easy! Gift certificates are on sale through Christmas Eve and can be purchased online, by phone or text, or in person!
Remember this is a short week. I’ll be here today through Thursday but will be CLOSED Friday and Saturday. Back Monday morning.
Here's the link to the sale:

Hi! Just a quick note to say I will be off work tomorrow, December 15. I am taking the day off. I will be back on Thursday 12/16. Then next week, I will be closed Dec 24-Dec 26. Back as usual 12/27. Go online or Get in touch with me if you need gift certificates. Thanks!
Happy Monday, everyone! Just thought I’d touch base with y’all about what’s coming up here over the next few weeks.
First of all, it’s Thanksgiving week! That means some much needed time off for me. I’ll be closed this week on Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday. But no worries I will be right back here on Saturday bright and early to kick off the Christmas season!
I’ve just gotten in some little goodies to go with those gift certificates you’ll be purchasing. I’ve restocked the aromatherapy shower steamers, eye pillows and neck wraps, and added some “baby” body butters to take care of that winter dry skin. I’ve also got some great muscle rub to help with those aches and pains.
I have a couple of neat new things for add on services. I’ve got an infrared eye mask that is awesome for tension around the eyes, migraines, and sinus pressure. It may feel a little different to have light so close to to your closed eyes, but the penetrating warmth and light from the infrared rays is actually pretty soothing. I tried it myself (of course) to see. I also have an infrared neck pillow to help ease the tension and soreness in that area. And don’t worry, they are easily sanitized after each use.
I’ll be getting the holiday gift certificate sale up and running soon as well, so watch for the email and FB post.
Everyone have a wonderful Thanksgiving.
For your information:
Hey everybody- I just wanted to make a quick announcement. My roomie T is having heart surgery on September 10. I am planning to take some time off then to help her get through the surgery and recovery and get settled back at home. So, I’ve blocked Sept 10 through Sept 19. That will be an entire week plus the following weekend. All going as planned, I’ll be back at work on Sept 20. If you already have appointments scheduled during this time, I’ll
be contacting you individually to reschedule. Thanks so much!
Hey everyone! I know I have not been faithful in posting here, but life has been CRAZY BUSY! I will be posting more here for a while though, because Vistaprint has changed the way we edit our website, and I am clueless as to how to do it now. So I will work through this page to keep you updated, as well as through Massagebook's emails. So, keep your eye out for any info from me.
As of now, not much is changing here. I still have online booking turned off, but mostly that is for me. The schedule has been so packed and I feel the need to at least try to control my schedule a little bit. I am grateful for the business, for sure, but I want to be sure all of you faithful established clients get first dibs on open spots. So, if you need to schedule, please feel free to call, text, email, FB message, or whatever and I will take care of you. As for masks, I am transitioning to leaving it up to you...IF you are vaccinated, you do not have to wear one, and you can decide if you'd like me to. IF you are NOT vaccinated, then the mask requirement is still in place--for both you and me. I need us to take care of not only me and my family, but all of the other clients who will be in my space. That's the scoop for now. Everyone take care!
I just realized that my google voice ap was down for several days--Right before Christmas! UGH. If you were trying to reach me and I did not respond, I am so sorry! If you know me, I am mortified that I did not get back to some folks. I am back up and OK now, though. So sorry!
Schedule change... My last client today canceled. SO-- that means I get to start my Christmas weekend early! I will be here until about 11:00, then I will be gone until Monday morning. I am still available by text, phone, or FB message if you need help with gift certificates. They are still on sale until tomorrow and can be purchased online at www.natureselementsmassage.com.
Nature's Elements Studio of Massage Therapy Nature's Elements Studio of Massage Therapy.
Just a reminder... gift certificates are still on sale! Even if I’m not in the studio, they are always available.
Just a kind reminder: Next week is Christmas! Don't forget the gift certificates are all still on sale through Christmas Eve. I will be closing early Thursday 12/24 and I won't be back in office until Monday 12/28, but you can still purchase online and either print or email them to the recipient.
Here it is... the annual Holiday gift certificate sale!

Hi! I know it's been a long time since I posted anything. I've been kind of busy just trying to work and muddle through this Covid world. I thought I'd do a quick update:
* Yes, I am open on a limited basis. Only seeing 3 or 4 clients per day.
*Online booking is still not available. I need to be able to control the spacing of appointments for cleaning purposes and for a mask break between clients. Please contact me directly to schedule.
*I am still choosing not to see new clients unless they are a direct referral from an established client. And only then after we have a conversation about Covid guidelines. I've been exposed (tested negative, thankfully) and had to quarantine once, and I hope not to have to again (although odds are not in my favor)
*I only have small, lightweight blankets right now because I have to wash them after each use. If you need a heavier or warmer blanket, feel free to bring your own to use.
*Yes, I will be doing a holiday gift certificate sale. Keep your eyes open for an email and a post here.
*Yes, you do need your mask to be here. If you have issues wearing it face down, I have an alternative option. But face up, you must wear it. Mine stays on the whole time. I wear it to protect you, and I ask you to care enough to do the same for me. We will be together in close proximity for at least an hour.
I am hopeful we won't be closed down or have to close ourselves, but with numbers on the rise, it could happen. I have considered closing down anyway because of the high risk nature of massage with regards to Covid.
I hope you are all staying well and safe. 😊
Here are some good tips as we move into flu season, as well as while we are still dealing with Covid-19. https://www.massagemag.com/7-ways-to-build-a-strong-immune-system-125675/?fbclid=IwAR3Zr6ucCfA1Ko51SF0RfIUFDJm5SkZsCwgLEixeLiZHjRe2vSXhK-0z6HA

Covid results were Negative! Yes! But I am still required to quarantine for 14 days from exposure. So I’ll reopen next Saturday, October 3. ONeill work to reschedule all of you who will be canceled, or try to refer you to someone if you need I’m sooner. I am so sorry for the inconvenience. See you 10/3.
To all clients: I am currently temporarily closed. I had a client who was inadvertently exposed to Covid Thursday. She saw me Saturday and was told of her exposure on Sunday. She tested positive and informed me this morning. I tested today and should get results in 24-48 hours. Until I know I am negative, I am isolating. Sorry for any inconvenience. I knew it would be a matter of time.
OK, Everyone... The Governor has now mandated masks in public where 6 ft. distance cannot be maintained. That means during your massage. If you don't have one starting Monday, I will provide one for you- Cuz I love you and I love me.
Just a reminder... if you are planning to be around a group of people or out of town (or state) on vacation, IF for any reason you may have been in a situation where you've been exposed to Covid, please, just wait a couple of weeks before scheduling a massage. I have already had a client have to cancel an upcoming appointment because she tested positive (no symptoms) and is now quarantined. She was around a friend who was positive. I am so sorry she tested positive and has to quarantine, but so thankful she let me know. Again, she had no symptoms (still doesn't). Y'all stay safe out there.
