Art is the only thing that can take you thousands of miles away, while simultaneously keeping your feet firmly planted on the ground.

What do YOU know about this beautiful painting on our ceiling above our dining room?

When Tomas was coming up with the design for Pantry Crest, he wanted something that would not only look good in this large open space, but something that would be timeless as well as representative of what The Pantry Crest really is. Tomas said, “I wanted something that would be a collage of my country, The Czech Republic, as well as Prague AND Hillcrest.”
Tomas reached out to local artist, Tracy Rivers, to bring this idea to life. Tracy took Tomas’ vision and painted all the things he holds close to his heart. If you look closely, you will see things like the Prague Castle, the Hillcrest Colonnade from the top of the Promonade, even some Czech currency, and so much more!

Tracy painted this vision onto canvas it was then glued to the ceiling, all in one piece. Tomas feels she did a great job truly capturing what The Pantry Crest represents, not just a European restaurant, but a restaurant that is a part the Hillcrest/Little Rock community which has such a big influence on what the restaurant truly is.
