We had a great time celebrating the incredible careers of Joe Chancey and Carol Kendall at Lexicon Inc.!

Carol, who joined us in 1999 as an Accounts Payable Specialist and became our Accounts Payable Manager in 2014, and Joe, who started as a Corporate Analyst in 2008 and rose to Financial Controller in 2023, have both left lasting legacies. Their dedication and hard work have shaped Lexicon, and we couldn’t be prouder to honor them as they step into retirement.

We had a fantastic week at the Simmons Bank Championships here in Little Rock, AR! ⛳

We spent the week watching the top 54 PGA TOUR Champions Playoffs players take the greens at Pleasant Valley Country Club. This world-class event showcased incredible talent and supported the local community through charitable initiatives.

Meet Ashley Endsley, our Operations Analyst here at Lexicon Inc.!

● What do you do at Lexicon?
I support operations by analyzing and improving the efficiency, productivity, and performance of Lexicon's operational software.

● How long have you been with Lexicon?
I came to Lexicon in December of 2023.

● What is your definition of success?
Achieving my goals and aspirations while helping others do the same.

● Who or what motivates you?
Receiving positive feedback on something I have worked hard to improve.

● What is one thing that you wish people knew about your job?
Even simple process changes can have far-reaching impacts on data, both historically and in the future. Those impacts need to be well thought out and tested thoroughly before implementation.

● What are you most proud of in your career so far?
I returned to college in my thirties, completed a four-year degree in three years, and made the dean's list, all while working full-time.

● What do you like to do in your free time?
Currently, I am into tennis and flower farming, but I tend to switch between hobbies frequently.

4 months

● What is your definition of success?
Leaving people and places better than when I found them, even if that's just at the end of the day.

● Who or what motivates you?
I've always had a strong internal drive, but setting a good example for my son is what moves me now.

● What is one thing that you wish people knew about your job?
It's not boring! Every single day brings a new and different set of challenges and opportunities.

● What are you most proud of in your career so far?
Taking over a department that was struggling both internally and externally and turning it around in less than a year.

● What do you like to do in your free time?
Reading, LEGO, and anything supporting the arts, including art galleries and the symphony.

Back in June, three massive crane girders headed to the Hybar Rolling Mill in Osceola, AR. This particular crane girder was the 3rd to ship out, measuring 110 ft, 11 ¼” in length, and weighing a whopping 73,894 lbs. As big as this one was, it wasn't the biggest we've ever done!

A big thanks to Davis Heavy Haul and Superhaul for delivering these crucial components and ensuring our project in Osceola continues to run smoothly!
