🌿Wana, get in the pool this summer? No worries! Let's take a few steps to keep that hair healthy all summer! ⛱️

🌿Braid your hair before you dip into in the water. This helps your hair from getting to tangled or matted.

🌿Spray a leave on conditioner on your hair or braid to give it a good barrier from the water. Of course, to keep pools clean there are a lot of chemicals. All these chemicals will make your hair very dry.

🌿Wash the same day. If you get your hair wet in the pool or ocean, try to wash your hair that day. It helps with getting the drying chemicals/salt off your hair.

🌿My goals this year were to work on my garden and do the bigger spartan, which means training at the gym!

🌿So far, we planted some seeds last weekend, and this weekend and my broccoli are already sprouting! 👌 I hope that this year, they all survive the move to outside because last year and the year before all my hard work, they died 🤣

🌿Marley and I have slowly started getting back to the gym. I always struggle to work out just because, when there is a race though, I like I'm working towards it. This year, we decided to do the 6 mile race, and I'm nervous but excited!

She was wearing a sew-in weft, and we decided that because we didn't know what would be ahead of her, we moved to a different extension method!
