What’s better than one stall bar bench?…
Two stall bar benches!
Regardless if it’s a home gym or commercial gym, there’s no greater/simpler apparatus than a set of stall bars such as . If you love bench work, incline work, and the comfort of a pad, then an adjustable bench is a one of the most useful add-ons that doesn’t cost as much as an adjustable weight bench, is sturdy, conveniently rest against the ladder, and can be adjusted to the tallest of heights. You can even make a very tall flat bench to allow for ground clearance which is great for exercises like rows, flies, and various stretches.
I’m very happy to add another bench to the mix for group use and was pleasantly surprised to discover that Vita Vibe has improved their padding.
Got this new bench, new dumbbells, and more steps/risers thanks to y’all’s support and attendance! Hope to make classes even more supportive, enjoyable, and challenging. Thank you!

New to stall bars?
Here are a few introductory holds I like to use in order to elevate gains in overall strength and mobility. They may be done as part of a separate workout, warm up, or even done in their own sequence as part of a stall bar workout.
The only goal is to hold position as best as possible for up to 10 seconds or longer. Movement in positions is encouraged once you feel a strong sense of the hold.
Repeat 3-5 cycles of each hold for a pretty intense shoulder/core workout.

The upper back can get tight for so many of us. Moving the joints is the start of relieving a lot of that tightness. By staying consistent, you will create more space for those joints to move and you will be able to generate more strength. Give these a try!
