But why do you offer these?

Well let me explain;

The FDA has advised that all users of DHA spray tanning services avoid inhaling or ingesting DHA. When using all-over sunless tanning sprays it may be difficult to avoid inhalation or exposure to sensitive areas including the eyes, lips, nose or mucous membranes.

The FDA along with recommends you take the following protective measures during your sunless tanning session:

•Use of nose protection
•Use of undergarments
•Use of lip balm protection
•Use of eye protection

Please request the above items from your sunless technician. If you have additional concerns, please consult with your health care provider. To understand the complete FDA stance on DHA please visit www.FDA.gov

Most salons won’t offer these items to you and some will charge you extra money for them. 😳

I believe in being transparent and honest with my clients. I provide these items free of charge and ensure they’re available and easily accessible to everyone!

Clients can choose to use them or not, but it should be their decision, not a default decision because a salon doesn’t offer them.

I always explain to new clients what each of these items are for and 99.99999% of the time my explanation is the first time they’re hearing of this.
