"There is beauty all around us,
and the light finds us when we realize,
we are all part of that beauty and worth the cherishing.
If we despise any, we journey to despise ourselves.
See all as beautiful, even if they choose to see themselves through you, as being less than so.
We have the power to see for each, and be the reflection of what they may yet see."
~Tom Althouse

🍁Embracing the fall vibes as the leaves gracefully surrender to the ground, teaching us a thing or two about letting go!
🍂This season, I'm waving goodbye to some outdated habits as I dive into the Thanksgiving spirit and gear up for the holidays.
✨ Out with the need for approval – who needs it anyway?
✅No more people-pleasing vibes!
👋Bidding farewell to the victim mentality, blaming games, and the relentless pursuit of being right. It's time to trade those in for a heart full of gratitude and a mind ready to explore new horizons.
🌟Cheers to making room for exciting adventures and embracing the curious spirit within. Let the fall winds carry away the old, making space for the new and fabulous things about to grace my life and your life! 🚀

As we sail into the weekend and toward the end of the month, let's embrace the beautiful message in this quote: "Be the woman who fixes another woman's crown without telling the world it is crooked." - Rajani Kafaltia 👑
As you do that, allow other women to fix your crooked crown as well and thank them for who they are in your life. If you can't honor that sacred exchange of wisdom and you get into competition or disempower one another like the male world does (which has its own sacred wisdom meant for them), then we upset the rhythm of life, and we get loose... mostly from our mouth first. 😜
At Anchoring the New You, we're all about building each other up, offering a helping hand, and spreading kindness. It's not just about personal growth; it's about uplifting those around us too. 💖
So, as you head into the end of the month, remember to be that person who offers support and encouragement, without seeking recognition or praise. Let's create a world where we fix each other's crowns and celebrate each other's victories, quietly and wholeheartedly. 💪👭

Why Integration Coach/Mentor?
No one said integrating to a new culture would be easy, but we didn’t realize it would be so hard! Be honest, did you? I didn’t think so! This is the case for most of us. So hard many actually wish they could go back.
I had a hard time integrating with the US culture for many years my self.
Although, I spoke the language, fluently, I might add and on top of that, I actually studied Anthropology and sociology back in University, so, when I first came to USA, I assumed understanding the culture, getting a job and integrate should take me just about a year may be two and I thought I will have every thing I dreamed of. But I was wrong!! It wasn’t long before i found out, I was being overconfident, and I actually don’t have the skill sets that I needed to successfully integrate to the US culture. It took me not two years, not three, not four but 6 years . Crazy right? Read my whole story on my website for more/ www.anchoringthenewyou.com . If it took me 6 years , can you imagine how long it will take to culturally integrate for some one who come to US with out or limited English and other skill sets?
Through my job as a Court Interpreter, and my jobs as a Case manager helping immigrants resettle to US culture, for the last 11 years, I feel that I have seen it all. I have met people ( who are new, who have been in USA just for a few years, 5 years, 10 years and mind you 20 years and more) who still struggle to culturally integrate to the USA culture, and complain about the system, complain about the people, complain about the country, complain about not getting what they want, about racism and discrimination, problem with coworkers, not getting promotion for a long time, with out realizing, it all comes down to us , people, Us the the immigrants, to adjust who we are and integrate successful to the culture we are in and get advantage of this abundant culture and contribute to it despite the circumstances.
