THE PARTY STARTS TOMORROW!
It has felt like it would never get here, but the Pray For Snow Celebration is almost upon us! The movies are tomorrow night, Thursday November 16th, at the Empire Theaters in Downtown Livingston. We’ll be showing @WinterWildlandsAlliance’s always awesome Backcountry Film Festival. The show starts at 7:30pm and tickets are $10, and we still have a few left at the shop. Join us at @KatabaticBrewing from 5-7:30, where $2 from every beer sold is being donated!
The party on Friday night, November 17th, is FREE to attend. Doors open at the Depot at 6pm. We’ll have food from @StellasGourmetKitchen and @FollowYerNoseBBQ, beer from @Neptunes_Brewery, live music from @TheCrossPollinators and some great games for the kids too. And yes, we’ll be starting the party off by singing Powder Days again, as shown in this video from last year.
We’ve got over $35,000 in silent auction items and raffle prizes! We’re overcome by the generosity of our community, vendors, and partners and can’t wait to offer it all to you. Check out some of our earlier posts for details on what’s available. We still have a few limited raffle tickets available for the Winston rod, Orvis reel, and SA fly line package, available before Friday night at the shop.
ALL PROCEEDS from this amazing event go directly to Loaves & Fishes soup kitchen here in Livingston. Last year we raised over $31,000 for them, let's beat that this year!

Loaves & Fishes Benefit Dan Bailey's Outdoor Co Pray For Snow Celebration
We are one week away from the beginning of our Pray For Snow Celebration! As we get closer, it’s important to remember what it’s all about - helping our local community. All proceeds will go directly to Loaves & Fishes, our local non-profit soup kitchen that humbly serves 75 free meals each evening, six nights a week, 52 weeks a year! Enjoy this short film from back in 2019 that shares a bit more about Loaves and Fishes and the impact they have in our community.
Last year we raised over $31,000 for them! When this video was made back in 2019, we raised $17,000 and the year before was $13,000. Let’s keep the trend going and blow last year’s numbers away.
Join us for the films next Thursday, November 16th at the Empire Theaters. Tickets are $10 each and available at the shop in advance. The main event with the party, raffles, silent auction and more is Friday, November 17th at the Depot and is FREE to attend!

A year ago today, the Yellowstone River flooded. No one will forget the images of bridges being swept away, homes and cabins falling into the river, and roads being washed out. It’s an event this town is never going to forget and the impacts of which are still being felt now. This video was taken on the morning of June 14th, after the worst of the flood waters had receded.
