Due to the extreme heat we're having this week. We will be open but closing at 7 o'clock today. Thank you for your understanding.

We have no problem if you're paying with a credit card. We do have a problem when you use a credit card and get your food and deny the charge. This happened twice with the same customer

We are open today to 7 o'clock. We had an issue with our phone answering system. It came on today saying we were closed and it wasn't supposed to. We are taking precautions. We did by bottled water for our dough and to wash our hands

There is a water advisory.in Livonia. The board of health has stated any time There's a issue like this. We cannot be open for the safety of our customers. We had to Closed for Today

Please Understand in 1994 when we opened the pizzeria it came with a Home Air conditioning unit not a Big Commerical AC unit. and when you rent a place and sign a lease agreement it's like buying a home and anything you need you have to buy it yourself. The Landlord is resposible for the exterior of the Building and the roof, and that's every lease agreement. We did have someone come out one time about getting one they said with the oven and having a exhaust system taking air out and being a Kitchen it wouldn't be worth it and the cost would be over 20,000 dollars and that would be something we would have to leave on the building.

Starting Tuesday June 18th until Sunday June 23rd. Due to the Heat wave we are having, our closing time will be 7 pm. Thank you for the understanding

We don't have a deep fryer so we get these wings made for the oven. Unfortunately, I was just told the company that made these are no longer going to make these oven wings. We are hoping to find another company for wings.

We try to be 100% efficient when we make our food. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are willing to make it up to you.

The other day a woman called and complained about an order. We apologized and were more than happy to remake her order and sent it out right away. She continued to be very rude and made very nasty comments to my employees over the phone. As the owner, I personally phoned the woman to let her know that we were sorry and we would definitely take care of the situation. I told her my name and she asked "are you that fat f@%k that owns the place?" I replied, "Ma'am, I would appreciate if you wouldn't call me that; I'm trying to take care of you." She continued to be rude, saying "I hate Valentino's and a lot of people hate you." Then she hung up on me, but continued to phone and harass our pizzeria about twenty times in row. Finally, we notified the police about her because she would not stop calling.
