REMOTE CHECK RUN ANALYST

We are looking for a skilled Check Run Analyst (Bank Reconciliations) for the set-up, maintenance, and completion of our VIPs check runs. The ideal person is responsible for the maintenance of the check registers, and the maintenance of the check run guidelines and schedules.

Minimum Education Licensure Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Insatiable appetite for attention to details, working with numbers, and organization.
1 or more years’ experience reconciling and balancing financial accounts.
Successfully manage check-runs and post payments to fund the right client accounts.

Expectations

Perform necessary check run process and communicate check register information.
Provide responsive and professional customer service for assigned VIP as well as other groups of CLIENT.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
Communicate with handler/s on identifying process improvements.
Flexibility to work overtime as dictated by department/company needs.
Meet productivity and adhere to expectations determined by the claims department.
Available to work during core business hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) on a consistent, regular basis. Sometimes overtime which comes with pay.

Minimum Experience Required

1 years minimum general accounting experience in an administrative financial role or ready for training on the job

Proficiency in the use of computer databases and applications including the Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Quick to learn new technologies (i.e., computer databases and business-related software systems)
Applicant must be free of any crime

Required Skills and Abilities

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a good command of the English language; prior experience using professional telephone etiquette is an added advantage.
Good interpersonal skills and passion to interact with others; internally and externally.
