Wanted some music to listen to as my mind, body and spirit prepare to end the day.
As Pierre mentions, his music in this selection is set at 111Hz with 11.1 Hz Alpha wave. This sets the tone for us to just "BE". Listening to this helps me be free of tension, to be free of trying to force peace. It just opens me up to feel so utterly free. To just BE peace and love.

Seems the hiatus from receiving a flurry of inspirational messages and dreams is over for me now. Having a lot of dreams with messages and numbers and symbols again. And music is coming back in.
Tonight this song came to me. Baker Street by Gerry Rafferty: recorded in 1977 and released in 1978.
Looked up on BeatCrave.com and discovered the meaning is pretty much apparent in the lyrics. The following are some of its themes:
Idea of escape; desire for peace and happiness; self discovery; seeking purpose and reason to keep going on; and hope. The saxophone riff provides emotional layers.
This message is a timeless one and very fitting for many of us today. Hope you enjoy it.

Interesting photos of the almost full moon tonight. Very bright with some additional beautiful images: a blue orb in one photo that came and quickly left after I took the shot. Then in second photo, I saw the hazy portal like image to the left of my mighty maple tree. It is on right side of photo as tree not visible in photo. This post is connected to my previous message.
Last night as I was falling asleep with my eyes closed, I saw a bright white light come toward me again. This has happened for many years. This time, It enlarged until it was surrounding me and then began to fill me with so much peace.
Next I saw the little ball/head of an old IBM Selectric - electric typewriter. The ball head with the letters, numbers and symbols was not "in" the typewriter. It was just there by itself. It typed several messages:
The numerals "45"
"You are fine"
"All is well"
"Everything will be ok"
There were a few more messages of comfort and positivity, but I was falling asleep. All I recall is that more white Light surrounded me and entered my being. I fell into a deep peaceful slumber as I gave thanks for Love and Protection. Needed to share so others may receive hope and peace as well.

Very timely message. Been having a difficult time maintaining a balance of my adrenals especially since last fall. They seem to get depleted rather quickly now after a surge. Realized after 3 months of a low, that I have lived most of my life pushing myself to the limits. I would crash for a day then bounce back. Last fall/winter it took 3 months to bounce back. Since then, I have been pacing myself better.
Last week after a harrowing incident that was not in my control, my adrenals surged again for 3 days then crashed. My chiropractor fixed me physically but my adrenals are still recovering. Will try this technique in addition to continuing my supplements, positive thinking, meditation and prayers. Grateful for Divine protection and inspiration that always comes when I need it. 💖 Kathleen

I love listening to Erin. She is so positive. Had a lot of spikes in Schumann Resonance yesterday and during the night.
What I liked the best in her message is the reminder that when challenging things or "bad" things happen to us, it's not the happenings, it is our RESPONSE to them that matters.
