When you're at your lowest, it's in that moment you need to believe in yourself. We want to blame others for our misfortune or bad luck. We want to curse others for doing us wrong or not supporting us. And while that may be the reality, we have to make a choice, "what are we going to do about it?".
We can't move through life complaining, "oh she said this about me" or "you know what he did to me? He did me wrong and now..." etc. People love to listen to our drama, sure, 🤷🏽‍♀️ and we may get sympathy, but people don't really care. This process only reinforces a victim persona.
The best option is to choose to move in the direction of your dreams despite the "he said/she said". Those might be important stepping stone moments, but don't let them define you. Believe in yourself and don't give what the haters said any power over you. 💯

Hello High Vibe Humans!
For many of us, 2021 has been full of powerful personal and public moments, which have changed us in many profound ways. This past year was full of educational, and enlightening events which have emboldened me to face 2022 with an open mind and an overflowing heart.
I haven't been candid about my life recently, and I would like to take a moment to catch everyone up.
~*✨ I am pleased to announce that I am pregnant. ✨*~
Jason and I are exhilarated by the blessing of creating a new life - a strong, courageous, creative life - adding to this ever changing world.
We are also happy to announce that its a girl! Though we have yet to choose a name, we are thrilled at all the possibilities that lay before us.

I appreciate every day I share with Jason. Our conversations can be funny, thoughtful, or deep - and I always learn something new, either about myself or the world.

We argue, but we don't Raise our voices. Our arguments are based on logic and facts, and we are respectful of each other's feelings. There's no "winning" in our arguments, just conclusions and compromises that we come to.
I am so in love with this MAN. 💫
He loves his family fiercely, he strives to be there for them in all ways. He works hard, not only at his job, but also at improving himself. He constantly inspires me to work out, stretch, and learn new ways to move my body. He never stops learning, whether it's from a book, from a school teacher, or from a friend. He is always willing to listen.
💪🏽 He doesn't take any Bull$ #!t and will respectfully let you know it.
I'm thankful that God brought us together, even if it was during the "worst" time of our lives. I'm thankful that we were friends until our relationship deepened into something more. 💕

The passion coming from all the artists was palpable. 🎨 The Visual Artists were giving it their all and the musicians performed with intense vigor. I'm glad this was my last festival of the season. ☝🏽 The past is a tool to be used to help us navigate the path ahead. The past doesn't lock you into a certain way of being - a certain path (Unless you let it by repeating old patterns).
💥🌎 Look Forward to the future which holds more lessons and adventures beyond your wildest dreams.

Each step afterwards gets easier.
When we are trying to start something new, and move on from something old, the first step can feel awkward. It can feel strange, painful, scary, and uncomfortable.
🙃 Trust me, I am having a hard time accepting certain changes in my life. It's heartbreaking to have to release something familiar. It's scary to start a new way of living. But with a brave face we have to take that first step forward.
💙 Think about that first step. You can do it.

Take a Moment to Center yourself. You can make calm decisions when you self-soothe.
🪄 There is Magic in completing one activity that makes you feel good about yourself.
💫 Don't get sucked into a negative thought spiral. Pause and replace it with positive, solution-focused thoughts.

Thanks for all the High Vibes. I've meet so many people over the last few weeks. My stay here started off a bit rocky, but the community has lifted me up.
🌟🙏🏽 When you focus on the positive moments, they begin to outweigh the negative.
It's true! I've been practicing gratitude and focusing on what I CAN do in certain situations.
💥👉🏾 For example, I had a pretty bad day today. It was a "series of unfortunate events" type of day. One thing happened than another, and another. I found myself freaking out, and going down a negative thought spiral.
🧊So I stopped, sat down, drank some water, took a deep breath and looked at nature. I found my center in that moment.☝🏽 THEN I was able to make a calm decision.
💜😄 Being in Asheville has taught me more about self expression and 🎨 my own artistic abilities. I'm excited for new adventures.
