Another amazing Alpaca Yoga Experience yesterday with an absolutely wonderful group of people!!! As you can see from the pictures Alpaca Yoga turned into Bunny Yoga at one point 🦙🧘🏼‍♀️🐇 You just never know what will happen lol. Stay tuned for our next Alpaca event coming soon. Thank you Lake of the Woods Association for having us for National Parks & Recreation Month. Our “Connecting To Nature Through the Senses” Outdoor Meditation Class was truly an honor to teach to your community!

We would like to thank all the community members, volunteers and groups who helped us make National Parks and Rec month a success. From meditation in the park, walking on our trails with fitness center staff, walking with a personal trainer, bocce ball and pickleball lessons and learning about aging in place activities that are available in LOWA through Lowlinc. We even learned about how we can co-exist with the nature around us in ways that don't unintentionally impact wildlife and we even got to see what critters, flora and fauna glow in the dark at night in our parks, thanks to FOWL and friends. We also had family fun with crossword puzzles and scavenger hunts... we had a blast! The fun around LOWA continues as we move into August. Mark your calendars for National night out next Tuesday, August 6th, in Sweetbriar Park from 5:30 to 7pm. Come out and have a hotdog and hear about all the great local police-community programs. Also, be sure to check back here often for updates on all the fabulous happenings in LOW. Low is !

PUPPY YOGA is a 1 hour beginner friendly Gentle Flow Yoga Class with PUPPIES!!!

These adorable pups are being showcased by Old Dominion Humane Society and are available for adoption. There will be a Meet & Greet after the class and we hope to find forever homes for all these sweet pups. We are also donating 20% of the ticket price to Old Dominion to help support them in all their wonderful rescue work!
