Tonight for dinner is a mini 6oz Prime Rib with Crushed Peppercorn & Garlic and Seasoning Salt cooked in the PC 10" Cast Iron Skillet and a Baked Potato with a splash of Garlic infused Oil, Course Sea & Himalayan salt, Garlic and Herb seasoning and regular black pepper. What are you having for dinner??

Tonight's dinner ... bone in Pork Chop, with new PC Kansas City Style BBQ seasoning (loving the smokie BBQ flavor) and PC Garlic. Cooked in my 10" PC Cast Iron Pan. So Yummy 😋

Tonight for dinner on this rainy day, Stew! Made in the Enameled Cast Iron Dutch Oven!!

Made burgers last night with a friend. We used her burger press and the nonstick double burner grill and press! They were so yummy! But I seriously forgot to take a picture of our burgers 🍔

Made some porkchops for dinner tonight! I used the Spicy Pineapple Rum Sauce. Put them in the PC 10" cast iron! Turned out super juicy and yummy!!

Since a lot of our grocery stores are low on many ingredients, I thought I'd start a feed for some cooking hacks! Are you out of eggs? I have a hack for that!

1 TBSP of Ground Flaxseed and 2.5 TBSP of water is equivalent to one egg for a recipe. Let sit for 5-10 minutes to thicken. This substitution works incredibly well in pancakes, quick breads, brownies, muffins, cookies, and many other recipes.
