Brighten up your plate with our Tomato Feta Salad – a wholesome medley that tastes like a family gathering. 🥒✨🍅

Salad:
• 2 cups kale, chopped
• 2 cups spinach
• 1 ½ cups cucumber, spiralized or diced
• 1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes, quartered
• ½ cup Kalamata olives
• ½ cup feta cheese, cubed

Dressing:
• ¼ cup Calivinegar Red Wine Vinegar
• ½ cup Lodi Olive Oil Koroneiki
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1 tablespoon honey

Combine the dressing ingredients in a bowl. Give it a good whisk. Add kale, spinach, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, feta cheese, salt, and black pepper to a large bowl. Toss them together. Pour in as much dressing as desired and toss some more. Serve and enjoy!
