✅History lesson alert! ✅
In the 1900’s Terminous (which is where Tower Park is located) was a bustling distribution point for Delta crops which required a large workforce. Over half of the employees lived in “Box Car City” which were old wooden box cars that were taken from their wheels and set up as housing for the workers. This was located right here where our campgrounds now sit today!
