Last week, our Marysville Branch had the opportunity to attend and volunteer at the event. Hosted by Union County Tourism, the day begins at a local winery or brewery and includes a trolley ride across four bridges in Union County. Guests are served a meal on one of these bridges, featuring food sourced locally from the Marysville area.

The Logan Main and Primmer Branches joined together to help the community. We discovered the Humane Society was in need of some supplies, so we came together to make that happen. During our original donation period the Humane Society discovered that they needed another septic system in their property, so we switched gears from supplies to monetary donations to help them meet their goal. Merchants was able to match donations up to $500. We were able to raise a total of $546.00, bringing the total to $1046.00, along with several blankets, some food and cat liter!
