"I have been seeing Dr. Allred for a couple of months, with chronic hip pain (perimenopause related) that had not improved in about six years. I went hiking during the weekend, and for the first time in years, the pain was absent! Something felt different and then I realized my hips were not burning, as they usually do after a hike! "Amazing place! I strained my neck and upper back and when I went in It was a tough time even turning my head from side to side I was so tight. In just a few visits My range of motion has improved at least by 85%, I feel pretty much back to normal. Dr. Allred is very professional and kind. I had never been to a chiropractor before and was a bit nervous and he made sure I knew exactly what he was doing and why. I would Highly recommend 🙏"

"I have been to my share of chiropractors over the years (about 10) and I have only known one other that compares to Dr. Allred.

Dr. Allred recognizes body health includes more than just chiropractic care. Because of this he has a whole body approach that is absolutely phenomenal. He is knowledgeable, open to questions and explains things in ways that are easy to understand.

I have struggled with my health for the last 9 years. I have been to countless doctors, doing hundreds of tests and medications trying to figure out problems. My first appointment with Dr. Allred was worth a year of doctor appointments. He addressed problems and concerns that other doctors had blown off or ignored. He looked at my whole health history and used it to navigate treating me. He is very thorough and it pays off. I have been to him 3 times now, and already my quality of life is 70-80% better than it has been in YEARS. I cannot recommend Dr. Allred enough! His care is truly life changing❤️."

"Highly recommend Dr. Allred. He and his staff are kind, welcoming, and explain everything thoroughly. I went in as kind of an emergency after a joint injury in my neck/shoulder and he was able to set me up so I could heal, taking away a lot of the pain I was in, and gave me a treatment plan for helping my long-term recovery. There is a lot of fear, mistrust, and misunderstanding when it comes to chiropractors and all of that can be put to rest when it comes to Dr. Allred at Body Balance."

"I am so glad I made an appointment with Dr. Allred. I’ve been struggling with on and off pain in one foot for two years and have not been able to find a solution. I’ve been to foot specialists that suggested injections and more invasive treatments and decided to give chiropractic care a shot since I also had some concerns with my posture and neck. Dr. Allred found out my foot pain was linked to my hip being out of alignment, and my legs being two different lengths as a byproduct. I have barely had any foot issues since starting treatment here and am so grateful for the help I’ve received so far. The office staff is also very accommodating and helpful! It’s a great place all around!"

"I simply searched Google for a chiropractor since I haven’t really heard of any, and I tweaked my back; he was amazing! I felt better after even just one visit—bedside manner is great and he explained what he was doing and why it would help.
I really appreciated the fact that after my second visit when we felt like my treatment was basically complete, he didn’t insist that I continue going for a bunch of times to fix other things that weren’t issues. The paperwork he gave me was actually just really good basic practices to prevent injury, and stretches to continue feeling better. I’ve gone to chiropractors that basically tell me I’m doomed unless I do a couple thousand dollars worth of treatments, that really aren’t necessary, and it immediately stops me from going to them.
Overall completely satisfied and will definitely recommend."

"I first went to Dr. Allred when I wasn't seeing results with another chiropractor. I was pregnant with a pinched nerve in my lower back and after the first visit with him I was able to get in my car and out of bed without any pain! 2 more visits and I was completely set right. Fast forward to my most recent pregnancy and I was having pain in my public bone. I avoided going in for an adjustment for a few months because it's such an awkward area to be worked on. I finally made an appointment and Dr. Allred was so professional and explained what he was going to do before he adjusted to make sure I was OK with what needed to be done. It took a few more adjustments along with me taking daily walks (per his suggestion) but the pain I was living with was finally gone and I felt confident labor and delivery were going to be smooth sailing because of my adjustments. Thank you Dr. Allred!"
