For many years Jeff Rankin was the "go to guy" for all things racing. He was one of the most talented fabricators and drivers that I have ever met. He would do anything to help out a fellow racer. I know he helped me on more than one occasion and more often than not he wouldn't take a penny from you for the work he did. Even though he passed away in 2012 he still has a special place in my memories to this day. We need more people like him in the sport.

Guess who I had the good fortune of meeting at the car show today? None other than Cristy Lee from Garage Squad, All Girls Garage, Barrett Jackson and other automotive related venues.

We are watching very closely the track of Hurricane Sally. So far I think we will be on the good side of the storm and not receive anything to drastic in the way of flooding or rainfall. Thoughts and prayers going out to anyone that is affected by the storm. Ready to get back to work on some new planned builds!

Nothing like a night at the track to clear your mind! These are through back photos from the 2002 Fall Classic at Butler Motor Speedway in Quincy Michigan. Many great nights of racing at this track!

2007 Jeep Wrangler. I installed custom lettering on the hood, a 3" lift kit, new rims and tires, hidden CB antenna mount, winch, lighting and I built the front bumper with odds and ends pieces of metal left over from other projects.

2010 Jeep Wrangler after I installed a 3" lift on it, added custom letting to the hood, installed a new front bumper with winch and lighting and upgraded to new rims and tires. I built a custom hidden steel mount for the CB antenna that I installed behind the factory license plate holder.

Before and after photos of a Firebird I did a few years ago. I built it to just have a little fun in and go to a few car shows with. No trophy winner but a really fun car!

A project I did a few years ago. I bent all the tubing, notched it, welded it, built the engine and everything else needed to go from a stock, bare 1979 Monte Carlo chassis to what you see. There was a lot more work done after this photo was taken but this one shows the part you can't really see once the body is on it.

The first three photos are before photos. The next three photos are after I rebuilt the top end of the engine, repainted the car, installed European style turn signal housings in the front and detailed it out.

A new page for a continuing adventure! I have been working on, building, driving and loving cars since I was just a kid. This is just another chapter in what I hope is a long story. I will post photos of some of my previous projects and do my best to update the page with current projects. I'm not a big business but I take the work I do on others cars very personal.
