Our newest update to the summer season❗️☀️

We braise our pork belly for 24 hours and press it for 12. It’s glazed in a cherry-agrodulce. Served with pickled cherries, fennel, grilled rapini, all over a super creamy chickpea purée. Finished with just a touch of fennel pollen.

Our meatballs are inspired by grandfather. He would make these classic Italian meatballs every Sunday. We use a blend of veal, pork, and beef! On the bottom is a beautiful fontina béchamel and topped with our house made gravy.
