In 2018 I took a trip to CDMX with my mom and we went to Teotihuacán to see the pyramids. We had a really great guide who took us underground to the tunnels where the sacred ceremonies took place. Everything above and below felt aligned and magical 🥹 I felt very spiritually protected and that feeling inspired this design for me. The evil eye colors are intentional and my hope is that making this piece helps you feel protected by and aligned with your ancestors— one thread/yarn connecting us all 🤍🧿
