Soo many guests ask us about our beautiful micro greens 🥬 we use throughout some of our dishes. It’s grown about a mile away and this dude is absolutely crazy about his little greens, babysitting them, play some music .greenbelt not to mention he is a bad@&$ss black belt on
We love this dude and we love the partnership we created and able to supply us with the most amazing product, even though is just a little baby green ❤️❤️ but they contribute with huge flavor for the dishes we create.
